How It All Started
We own top stores in multiple categories on Aliexpress. As time went by, the dropshippers working with us had higher requirements for logistics. So we began seeking alternative logistics partnerships and exploring dropshipping platforms.
After cooperating with several dropshipping agents in China, we encountered persistent issues with their logistics service, realizing they were not the ideal solution for our business needs. However, we found the logistics partners we cooperated with stable service quality and high customer satisfaction. Therefore, we decided to establish a dropshipping agent platform by ourselves. As former online sellers, we understand the essential needs and challenges of online sellers, enabling us to provide a more comprehensive and exceptional one-stop service than our competitors.
In 2020, we founded EPA FULFILL, our dropshipping agent in China.
By communicating with other online sellers in the store owners’ community, we found that many store owners were facing similar logistics challenges. Therefore, when we launched our dropshipping service, many sellers actively supported us. In this way, we acquired our first batch of customers, and many of them are still collaborating with us to this day. As our business has grown, the number of our orders has kept increasing. Currently, the peak volume of orders we process every day has reached an astonishing 5,000. We have established a well-developed system to ensure the seamless handling of every order.
